Chess Knowledge FZE teaches chess to children in the United Arab Emirates. This app is the part of it parents see: what happened in the lesson, how the term is going, and what has been paid for.
A chess lesson is an hour a parent is not in the room for. What happened in it used to arrive as a message in a group chat, if it arrived at all, and what was owed for the term arrived somewhere else entirely.
So the coaches write the lesson up in the app, the academy reads it before it goes out, and the family opens one place to find it. The timetable, the reports, the progress and the invoices sit next to each other because for a parent they were never separate things.
How a term actually runs.
The lesson happens at school
Coaches teach during the week at the schools children already attend, so a chess class does not turn into another drive across the city.
The coach writes it up
What was covered, what went well, what to work on, and a score out of ten for each skill. Nothing reaches a parent before the academy has reviewed it.
The term adds up to something
Reports accumulate into attendance and skill movement across the term, and into a FIDE rating for the children who compete.

- A child has no account, no password and no device of their own.
- We do not collect photographs of children.
- There is no advertising in the app, and we do not sell data.
- Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
- You can erase your account and everything in it at any time.
