Delete your account

Enter the email address your account uses. We will send a link that erases it. Nothing is deleted by filling in this form.

The address you sign in with. We reply the same way whether or not it is registered.

What the link removes

  • your account, and your name, email and phone number
  • every child you registered: their profile, any health note you gave us, their attendance and their coaches' written reports
  • their places in any class they are enrolled in

Payment and tax records stay on file without your name on them, and so does the record of which terms you agreed to. UAE law requires both. Neither is used to contact you or to rebuild your account.

This cannot be undone. Anything already paid for is not refunded by deleting the account. Section 10 of the privacy policy lists exactly what is kept and for how long.

Still have the app? You can do the same thing under More, then Settings, then Delete account, where it asks for your password rather than trusting a link.
